Will Ferrell
Will Ferrell
rose to fame as a actor on "Saturday Night Live," before appearing in
such big-screen comedies like 'Elf', 'Anchorman and "Talladega Nights.' In
1967, in Irvine, California, Will Ferrell launched his career in comedy as a
member of the improv troupe based in Los Angeles, group known as the
Groundlings. Following his seven-year tenure as Saturday Night Live's Cast
Member, Ferrell was one of the most well-known comedians in the business by
releasing off-color films like Old School (2003) or Anchorman: The Legend of
Ron Burgundy (2004). Ferrell also co-founded the popular streaming website
Funny or Die, and had the success of a voice actor via animated features such
as Megamind (2010). John William Ferrell was conceived in Irvine, California on
July 16th 1967. Will Ferrell, the eldest son and keyboardist of the Righteous
Brothers Lee Ferrell and Kay Ferrell, was hardly the clown in class as an
University High School senior. He was quiet and stoic however, he decided to be
a football player and set records for his school in terms of the most field
goals scored. Ferrell did not display the same outlandish, comical behavior in
suburban homes as he did later.
